Veronica Gledhill earned her BA in art history and French at Scripps College in 2006. Upon graduating, she joined the staff at Vogue magazine where she worked as an associate fashion editor. She presently works as the co-founder and creative director at Stash Beauty.
During her sophomore year, she interned at the Ruth Chandler Williamson Gallery and interned for W magazine’s fashion director that following summer. As a junior, she spent a year in Paris where she conducted her thesis research and worked as an editorial intern for WWD and W magazine’s Paris bureau. In 2005, she was awarded the Davis Family Foundation Leadership Internship Grant and had the opportunity to intern at Vogue magazine. In 2012 she was recognized by Scripps College with its Outstanding Recent Alumna Award.
Her strong interest in fashion, design and art history led her to explore the connections between the subjects in her course work. Her degree in art history provided a strong foundation for her continued pursuit of visual literacy and helped her develop a critical eye for aesthetics.
