Senior studio art majors create a final project that is the culminating work of their study of art at Scripps. They exhibit this work in a senior exhibition that they plan themselves, including producing and installing the works, writing statements and preparing publicity. The exhibition, which is open for two weeks through the end of Commencement, gives the seniors a pre-professional experience of displaying their work to the college community and public. An opening reception is held in the Bixby Courtyard on Friday, May 2, from 7-9 p.m.
